Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is a great way to get in safe and effective exercise, build community, make friends with other moms, and learn more about your body during pregnancy or postpartum! Small group personal training will be no more than 8 in a session. Training sessions are an hour long and include your workout, birth prep exercises, and functional training for birth and life postpartum. Training sessions are held at Stow Strength & Fitness in Scotts Valley - 230 A Mt. Hermon Rd.

Prenatal Small Group Training

Prenatal Training is for women in any trimester! Workouts will be targeted towards strengthening the body to support changes during pregnancy as well as prepare for labor and delivery. Training sessions are $160/mo (or $20 per class).
