Weight Training Program
What is this? A 6 week weight lifting guide to help you get stronger and toned! This program is made to help you reach your goals and grow confidence in yourself! This includes pages to track your progress, what to expect for the week regarding workouts, and goal setting.
What do the workouts look like? As you progress through the program, you will get more workouts each week that increase in intensity and frequency. This allows for optimal recovery and strength building!
Who is this program for? All fitness levels and anyone who wants to learn how to weight train, get stronger, and feel more comfortable in the gym.
What do I need for this program? Participants will need access to a gym or gym equipment for this program.
Fat Burning Program
Available for Purchase November 1st
What is this? A 6 week program to help aid in weight loss and burning fat.
What will this program include? Workouts will progress in intensity and frequency as you move throughout the program. This program was designed to help you reach your fitness goals, get into shape, and learn how to live an active lifestyle!
Who is this program for? ALL fitness levels and anyone who wants to burn fat, get into shape, and/ or build up their cardio endurance.
What do I need for this program? Just yourself and a pair of light/ medium weight dumbbells. You do not need access to a gym for this program!
